Our mobile homes are designed to be self-sufficient. If the mobile home is to be self-sufficient, it is necessary to provide electricity from e.g. photovoltaic panels or a generator, to use a compost toilet and to use a large water tank.
-
Our houses are mainly made of C24 structural timber, which is chamber-dried, planed and tongued. We are aware that only the highest quality products will ensure the longevity of our houses and thus ensure a high standard for our customers every time.
-
If you are a business customer, you have the option of leasing a mobile home, which offers many advantages. Individual customers can opt for a consumer loan from their bank and pay in instalments.

If you have your own idea for a mobile home please contact us for design assistance, this service is free of charge.

Our houses are always made of high quality chambered wood, which prevents warping, cracking and deformation of the wood. Micro-cracks in the wood are a natural characteristic of the material due to the varying moisture content of the wood and do not affect the strength of the construction. If the wood is damp this is due to faulty assembly and finishing of the hut. Our high quality materials in combination with a solid construction eliminate the risk of the house becoming damp. All mobile homes are treated with special impregnations so that they are not damaged by fungi, beetles and other pests.
-
Yes, of course. Every mobile home in our range can be adapted for permanent residence. All you need to do is make the necessary adjustments. This means proper insulation and fixing the connection to utilities. Then the Tiny House will become a year-round house.
-
Wooden constructions are naturally warm – they heat up quickly, and properly insulated they keep warm for a long time. The materials we use ensure good thermal insulation and low running costs.
-
The thermal insulation we use is also an excellent acoustic insulator. It protects us from unwanted sounds and reduces reverberations in the Tiny House.
-
There are no objections to placing a fireplace in the mobile home. We offer pellet fireplace, wood fireplace, electric fireplace and gas fireplace. These are the safest options for a mobile home.
-
There are many sources of heat available in the house: fireplaces, heat pumps, electric radiators. Underfloor heating can also be used. Choosing the most suitable heating source is a very individual matter.
